I'm not necessarily saying it was the woodchuck but something ripped one of my jalapeno plants to shreds and tore several branches off another. Probably the woodchuck, or whatever sort of animal eats jalapenos but not tomatoes. I've moved the rest of the plants off the ground. Safe forever!
